Professor of Psychology (Developmental Psychology and Formation: Clinical and Organizational Psychology) at the European University of Rome, where he works also as Responsible for the development of international research and of the Laboratory of Applied Psychology in the field of Organizational Psychology. He’s a Psychologist and Psychotherapist (N ° 16893 Lazio) being in Italy an Academic Member of the prestigious Accademia Tiberina (Reg. N ° 20.145). Professor Fiz Perez is also a Member of the Scientific Committee of the Chair of Bioethics and Human Rights UNESCO (APRA-UER Rome) and a Member of the Scientific Committee of the International School of Economics and Ethics and the International Academy for Economic and Social Development (AISES) of which he was Vice President for Spain and Latin America. He is also the Scientific Research Director of the European Institute of Positive Psychology (IEPP. Madrid) being also the bioethics expert in the bioethics Committee Lazio 1. For years he has worked as an Academic Visitor at Blackfriars Hall (University of Oxford), at the Institute for psychological sciencies (Washington DC), at the University Francisco Vitoria (Madrid) and at the Anahuac University (Mexico D.F). He has also worked as an Advisor at MIBAC in Italy (Ministry of Culture - Department of Equal Opportunities) as an expert for the establishment of Psychological Services collaborating with MISE (Ministry of Economy and Development). He is also the Editor of “Integral Development” Publishing Series (Publisher Persiani - Bologna) being a Member of several Scientific Committees of Psychological Journals as "Modelli per la mente”, "Il Minotauro", "lF – Studi Filosofici", "EI Psicologo Anahuac"
